The FiscalDoctor is in at the Fiscal Clinic. The Fiscal Clinic was incubated at the Alan Weiss Million Dollar Consulting conference  (http://www.summitconsulting.com/consulting_college_photos.html). With my colleagues’ assistance and Alan’s guidance, the FiscalDoctor was created, and the Fiscal Clinic was reserved for growth and expansion.  I knew I would want to have a fiscal clinic available someday, for some purpose, which became this blog.
