My self-evaluation quiz "What Is Your Board’s Embarrassment IQ" has been selected as a useful resource tool on Entrepreuer.com. Despite the progress made to guard against corporate governance scandals, I warned that too many board members are "in the dark" when it comes to understanding the financial health and profile of the companies they govern. After receiving this additional vote of confidence, I accelerated my plans to speak or facilitate meetings on Corporate Governance, High Growth and Strategic Planning issues.
